Supplemental Investigation Report
Location: Mississippi Belle Restaurant Joint Investigation

After set up I was paired with Juli and Deb. Our first stop for the night was the banquet a hall above the main dining room. The instant we entered it felt full, busy, and busting with energy, but the room was dark, quiet and empty. We walked around the room to get familiar with our surroundings. We felt heaviness right beneath the chandelier and Juli thought that Veronica, the girl who ran the place for her father was with us. It felt like a very proud and happy feeling. I was carrying an EMF reader with me and was getting high marks over by the bar and there was no visible electrical reason why there would be a spike. I heard a tapping noise next to me on the shelf holding the wine glasses. Juli said she had sensed a spirit and so she took out her dowsing rods so we could try to communicate. We started with simple questions and he (we found out the entity was male) seemed to use the dousing rods with ease. He seemed to have some hesitancy to talk with us. Juli said “I will start at A and cross the rods when we get to the first letter of your name. A…B…C…D…E…F”, the rods crossed. Juli then asked “Is your name Fred?”, the rods did not cross. “Is your name Frank?” the rods crossed. While Juli was speaking with him I felt something touch the top of my head very lightly. I quickly looked behind me too see if there was anything there that could have touched me but there was nothing there. Juli noticed I was looking around and asked if I had gotten touched and I said that I had. She then asked frank if he was the one who had touched me, and the rods crossed quickly. After a few more questions Juli asked if Deb or I would like to try talking with Frank. Deb wanted to try first. She grabbed hold of the dowsing rods and asked a few questions but nothing was happening. The rods were not crossing or separating. Juli soon explained that for some people the dowsing rods just do not work. I tried next and as a grabbed the rods they immediately started swinging back and forth. I asked him a few questions with very clear responses then I asked “Do you like being here and talking with us?” the rods quickly separated completely, almost hitting the outside of my arms. I was shocked because by the way he was so eagerly responding he seemed like he didn’t mind us. Juli slightly laughed and asked “Are you messing with us Frank?” the rods quickly crossed.
We thanked Frank for talking with us and invited him follow us for the rest of the night if he wanted to. We moved on to the other side of the room where Juli was getting the sense that there was a little girl there. It was over in the corner and again we used the dowsing rods to communicate. Through the same method as before we found out her name was Sarah. She was a very shy and timid girl and was a little intimidated by us, but while we were trying to communicate I heard a girls voice say something that resembled “joy”. I quickly told Deb and Juli but no one else had heard it. Also I was feeling someone behind me touching my back and stretching out the back of my shirt. All the HPT members and I had HPT shirts on and mine had a picture of a bunch of sculls flying out of a book. I asked Juli if there was anyone behind me and she told me that it was Frank looking at the picture. She said that Frank was saying that he didn’t get it.
Our second shift we were stationed in the main dining room. Juli and I watched the monitors of the DVR’s and record any abnormal happenings that we saw on the screen. We saw few orbs and slight movement but not too much was happening. While we watched we heard a shuffling over by the closest table to the kitchen. We could not find the cause but Juli felt that it was Veronica again. That table was not originally there and she did not like that is was there. We moved a few things on the table to see if maybe Veronica would put them back but nothing more seemed to happen.
Juli had wanted to take me down to the wine cellar so we went and the wine cellar itself was a separate room of the basement. We found an entity whose name we found out to be Georgiana. She was afraid of someone and was hiding. After speaking with her we went into the small side hallway that went along side the wine cellar and found a very angry and aggressive spirit who we figured to be the person who Georgiana was hiding from. The feeling down there was a feeling of dread and it made me feel very uncomfortable and almost crowded.
Later on Juli had gotten a headache and headed out early and I paired up with Tim to go downstairs to the hallway near the office to see if what he had experienced earlier would happen again with me present. At first the feeling down there was very uncomfortable but nothing to be alarmed about. As we came closer to the office door the office light began to flicker on and off then stayed on. Tim knocked on the door and asked whoever was in there to turn off the lights. For a while nothing happened, but eventually the lights turned off. Since the moment I had gotten downstairs I kept being touched by something unseen. I was being touched on my hands and arms, I felt like I was being pushed from side to side. Something did not like me being there. All of the sudden I felt a warm wave come over me, but not the good kind of warm, the kind that makes you feel dizzy and nauseous. It was as if the spirit, or whatever was there, jumped onto me because it wanted me to leave and it worked. In a frantic second I told Tim, “Oh my god, I need to leave. Holy shit! I need to leave now”. We got out of there as quickly as we could and once out I felt completely fine.
It was about 4 am and we decided to wrap it up.
